I guess that is it for now. At times, the process of writing this and picking which photos to put in, has been mentally and physically exhausting. I could only do little bits at a time because of physical fatigue as well as mental overload. However, if even one person is helped to understand their disease process a little better, or has gotten a little more faith or hope, or possibly has found some beauty in the photos, the creation of this site will have been worth it to me. It is my hope and intent to add photos and text with some regularity as my disease progresses. Or until I can no longer do so. I might even put answers to people’s questions in here, if I feel I am competent enough to answer. If I needed to, I know where to get answers.

If you would like to chat about anything I have written, photography, or whatever else you might want to talk about feel free to send me an email via the form below. I will try my best to respond, even if it takes me a little bit of time. (Forgive me for the lengthy website address, but it will be good for your brain to have to deal with it.)

I took this image in the spring of 2024 in Yellowstone National Park. This grizzly cub looked more like a teddy bear then a grizzly. Many things in our lives can look like one thing and actually be another. Your life, after you get the diagnosis or the disease or injury, might look to you like it is over. It is not! You still can accomplish many things. You just have to decide to believe it and then figuratively and literally, move forward, one inch at a time.
